"The trip getting to the island was a little challenging but they were great with communication and switching some things for us! Overall the kayaking experience was beautiful and going out while there was a new moon you were really able to see the water light up! The clear kayaks were an added bonus.

I do recommend getting your ferry tickets a day or two ahead of time because they sell out quick. We got there early(it takes an hour ride in the ferry) so we could explore the island it was beautiful, wild horses, great food and drinks, amazing beaches! Also if you have to take the 9:30pm ferry back don’t book a late tour, only do the later one if your staying overnight on the island."

"We actually never made it to the excursion because we couldn’t get a ferry ticket. I would HIGHLY suggest getting a ferry ticket well in advance. The government websites explaining how to purchase ferry tickets were not very helpful. We went to the ticket counter 3 hours early but the ferry tickets were sold out for the entire day. I messaged this company explaining that we could not make it and very shortly after I received a call from Angel (owner). He was so sorry about this and tried to reach his contacts to see if he could help get us to the island. Shortly after this call, Ian, called and gave us a refund and was so apologetic about the situation. Both were very nice and tried to help us out with rescheduling or another mode of transportation.

"Amazing Experience"

"This tour was the highlight of my week!!! I was skeptical due to other disappointing tours but this was everything you see in photos and more. Their equipment was very nice, loved the kayak's glass bottom. Staff was adequate and helpful. They kept everyone moving while ensuring all were accounted for. We had the perfect conditions with a new moon, calm water and a slight breeze. You can do this tour and still make the last ferry. No other place offered a compatible time. The company went beyond by coordinating transportationfor us back to the ferry. An unforgettable experience!!! Thank you Mosquito Bio Bay"
