Extras and Snorkel Tips

• Eyewear: If you wear glasses, consider wearing contacts for a better fit with the snorkel mask. Let us know in advance if anyone in your group needs a prescription mask.
• Facial Hair: Mustache hair may cause the snorkel mask to leak. Shaving before the tour is recommended for the best experience.
• Kids’ Comfort: Children often feel colder than adults in the water—bring rash guards or water-friendly clothing to keep them comfortable.

   Participants should be confident swimmers and snorkelers, especially when exploring the reef areas.
2. Physical Readiness:
   This tour involves kayaking and snorkeling, which require moderate physical activity. If you have any medical conditions, consult with your healthcare provider before participating.
3. Life Jackets:
   Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times while kayaking for your safety.
4. Hydration and Sun Protection:
   Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun and stay hydrated during the tour.
5. Proper Attire:
   Wear comfortable swimwear and water shoes or sandals suitable for kayaking and snorkeling.
6. Weather Conditions:
   Tours may be subject to change or cancellation based on weather conditions. Safety always comes first.
7. Marine Life Respect:
   While snorkeling, observe marine life from a safe distance and avoid touching corals or disturbing wildlife.
8. Equipment Care:
   Handle all provided equipment, including kayaks, paddles, and snorkel gear, with care to ensure the best experience for everyone.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations Made 48 Hours Before the Tour: Receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
• Cancellations Made Within 24-48 Hours of the Tour: Eligible for a 50% refund or reschedule based on availability.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Tour:No n-refundable. However, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of management.
• No-Shows: Unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows.
• Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or conditions beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
